Changes occur every Tuesday and Thursday of the week. If our team has bandwidth, we will push the changes sooner, though.

All WebPlan+ clients card information will be kept (securely) on file and billed at the beginning of each month. Your plan can be canceled at any time, we just need a 30-day notice for offboarding.

Nope. 30-day cancellation notice for off-boarding is all that’s needed. During that 30 days, any invoices that would normally be due still apply and will serve as a fee for transferring data and off-boarding.
